3. How does the saying “first impression lasts longer? Do you believe in it? Why?​

Answer:

First impressions are very crucial when dealing with interviews, meetings, public speaking, negotiation, and the likes. First impressions can make or break a deal. It’s good to know humans carry almost 130 different unconscious biases and psychological judgments against other humans.

First impressions are made during only 2 minutes of interacting with people with regards to the way they dress, speak, shake hands, stand, or about anything else. For you to change the first impression, it will take you another 5 minutes of persuading them. That matters a lot especially considering you have very little time during interviews.

Anyone can give anybody else a second chance after they start spending time with them. How often you must heard people say to you or you might have said to somebody- at the first meeting, I didn’t know you were like this.
